The children in second grade were very excited to receive a new workbook today! We started off the new workbook by learning how to write and say יש לי\אין לי- I have/I don't have. We played a fun game of true or false, where everyone said a sentence beginning with יש לי or אין לי and the other children had to guess whether the statement was true or false. As a follow-up, everyone wrote sentences with יש לי\אין לי. I was so impressed with the level of Hebrew in everyone's writing and how far the children have come!
