Dear Parents,
We got off to a terrific start this morning!
After a tour of our classroom and a talk about our hopes and dreams for this coming school year, Morah Aliza read the book, First Day Jitters, by Julie Danneberg. We heard all about a girl and how nervous she was to start her first day at school. We were all surprised when at the end, the girl that was so nervous turned out to be the teacher!
It was a great way to get rid of our own "first day jitters" and we are so excited to begin the school year together!
If you did not do so already, please send in a picture of your child to use for their locker name tag.
